We designed and delivered a crisis training format for a consumer goods company . It included an educational session about the typical dynamics of a crisis, “golden rules” of effective communication, some best and worst cases, an in-depth review of company procedures in critical circumstances. Moreover, we had a hands-on session focused on media relations, engaging spokespeople with roleplays and interview exercises.
Our results?
- The training was held in two company sites – in Milan for about 30 senior managers of different business units, then in Athens for the Greek branch’s staff
- Leveraging highlights and learnings provided during the training, the company successfully managed a real crisis situation which happened a few months later
