A prominent legal firm asked us to manage a survey to analyse internal climate and measure staff satisfaction about some specific topics, including the Company’s positioning, its offices and facilities, work tools, internal relations, training programs, and compensation packages. The survey was conducted through a nameless, online questionnaire; participation rate was 98%.
Our results?
- The survey highlighted the need for greater knowledge and best practice sharing among professionals from different business units, as well as the will to reorganise some office areas to encourage teamwork and sustainable behaviours
- Some of the ideas discussed during the open presentation of survey results are now being implemented
