A fortnightly newsletter was not enough anymore to keep the staff of an electronics company informed. We designed and implemented an employee portal as an accessible and inclusive platform to share news, contents, materials, and insights to grow people and teams. The portal does not replace the existing collaboration tools, but it provides specific contents for newly hired professionals and useful resources for anybody, including training courses.
Our results?
Over the 80% of the employees visits the portal at least once per week
About ten volunteer employees entered the portal management committee and regularly contribute to the editorial plan, integrating articles written by colleagues about a variety of topics, from company’s technologies to relevant market trends, up to recommendations and suggestions for personal time.
