We contributed to the making of a video podcast for a multinational energy company seeking an innovative tool to help the Italian employees digest the annual sustainability report. With a divulgative tone of voice and some irony, we leveraged the podcast-like seriality to provide people episodes rich in content, but easily accessible from desktops, smarphones, and screens available in most break areas. We were also asked to explain the core conceps of sustainability in the environmental, social, and governance dimensions, as many employees were not yet familiar with them.
Our results?
About 70% of the employees viewed all the podcast episodes at least once
The surveys that were shared at the end of the project reported high user satisfaction and a general improvement of the understanding of sustainability terms and concepts
